Job summary

Nixon Peabody LLP is seeking an AI Solution Manager for its Aurora platform to lead adoption, workflow development, and user enablement across transactional, litigation, regulatory, and advisory practice areas. This role partners with the Director of Solutions Development and governance committees, with a remote work option.

You will design, test, and deploy workflows and agents; create training materials; monitor usage; and build reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal technology, knowledge management, or legal operations (prefer law firm).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• JD preferred.
• Experience with generative AI platforms as builder, admin, or power user.
• Strong ability to translate between technical and legal audiences.
• Comfort working in iterative development; data analysis & reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Harvey or similar generative AI legal platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on AI Platform – Aurora.
• Maintain deep proficiency and document workflows.
• Translate functionality into practical attorney applications.
• Partner with practice groups to identify opportunities for adoption.
• Design, test, and deploy workflows and agents; document templates.
• Develop onboarding and training materials.
• Monitor usage analytics and drive adoption.
• Cultivate power users and champions.
• Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams.
• Gather feedback and prioritize features; participate in roadmap planning.
• Test releases and support change management.
• Produce dashboards and reports; benchmark platform performance.
• Liaise with IT and information security; ensure governance.
