As an AI Ops Adoption & Enablement Analyst in Micron's AI Operations Center of Excellence (AI Ops COE), you have an outstanding opportunity to accelerate the adoption of AI capabilities across Micron IT. This position combines adoption enablement, organizational change, customer engagement, communications, operational coordination, and value realization, making you a key contributor to Micron's AI transformation journey.

You will collaborate closely with AI Ops COE leadership, implementation teams, IT partners, and executive sponsors to drive interpersonal readiness, support solution rollouts, measure adoption, and help teams realize operational value from AI investments. Through training, communication, coaching, coordination, and value realization activities, you will help transform AI capabilities into sustainable operational improvements across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Provide AI enablement and coaching: Deliver hands‑on support, coaching, and guidance to users adopting AI solutions. Help teams understand how AI can improve efficiency, decision‑making, service delivery, and employee experience within their daily workflows.
  • Engage and influence partners: Build strong relationships with technical teams, solution owners, managers, and executive leaders. Address concerns, gather feedback, and help create momentum for adoption across the organization.
  • Deliver executive and leadership support: Provide tailored guidance and white‑glove support for senior leaders to help them understand, adopt, and champion AI solutions across their organizations.
  • Coordinate AI Ops programs and roadmaps: Develop and maintain implementation plans, turning point schedules, action‑item tracking, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps across AI Ops initiatives. Partner with collaborators to drive progress and ensure commitments remain aligned with strategic priorities and encouraged operational value.
  • Facilitate multi‑functional execution: Coordinate working sessions, planning meetings, readiness reviews, and collaborator forums. Document decisions, track action items, follow up on commitments, and help remove blockers that may impact successful delivery and adoption.
  • Facilitate communications and executive reporting: Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, status reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates. Provide clear communication of progress, dependencies, risks, achievements, adoption metrics, and upcoming success's.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs: Coordinate communications, awareness campaigns, workshops, office hours, learning sessions, and enablement activities that reinforce responsible AI adoption and continuous learning.
  • Gather feedback and improve experiences: Collect user feedback, adoption insights, and lessons learned to see opportunities for solution improvements, training enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Measure adoption and value realization: Develop and maintain adoption metrics, readiness indicators, usage trends, benchmark reporting, and operational value measurements. Partner with team members to assess realized benefits, identify improvement opportunities, and help ensure AI investments deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Support operational excellence: Contribute to rollout playbooks, communication frameworks, enablement methodologies, reporting standards, and adoption protocols that improve consistency and scalability across AI initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Adoption and Transition Experience: demonstrated ability in guiding organizational transitions, technology adoption, enablement, customer success, project coordination, training, communications, or related areas dedicated to helping users successfully adopt new technologies.
  • Operational Coordination and Execution: Demonstrated experience coordinating multi‑functional initiatives through planning, roadmap management, achievement tracking, action management, dependency coordination, executive reporting, communications, and execution support.
  • Communication and Facilitation Skills: Shown ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences, facilitate discussions, influence outcomes, and build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Experience gathering feedback, analyzing adoption data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AI and Digital Transformation Experience: Experience supporting adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, digital workplace technologies, Copilot platforms, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Organisational Change Methodologies: Familiarity with organizational organisational change frameworks, partner analysis, readiness assessments, communications planning, and adoption measurement practices.
