Our PE client is building a world-class AI Value Creation capability and is seeking exceptional Ai Operating Engineers to partner with portfolio company executive teams, solving complex operational and AI challenges across a diverse investment portfolio

You will partner directly with executives across multiple portfolio companies, rapidly understanding business problems, designing practical AI-enabled solutions and helping drive execution. Every engagement is different. One week you may be improving engineering productivity through AI agents, the next modernising enterprise workflows or helping leadership deploy AI across an operating function.

No two engagements are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling new technical and commercial challenges rather than specialising in a single domain.
