Postman’s security team seeks a Principal Offensive Security Engineer to shape the future of defensive AI testing and adversarial evaluation. You will own the strategic direction, build an AI security practice, and work with CISO leadership on threat-informed defense strategy.

You will lead a team of AI red team engineers, drive continuous validation across the API ecosystem, and collaborate with Product Security and Security Operations to raise the bar on secure development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in offensive security with 4+ years in leadership.
• Proven AI/ML offensive depth with attacker tooling and red teaming.
• Ability to set OKRs, budgets and report to exec leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-year offensive security roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead AI security program, including adversarial testing of LLMs and agents.
• Architect autonomous testing platforms and CI/CD-integrated validation.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing security team.
