Meta is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the RTP-NPI team, focusing on AI/ML initiatives and large-scale data center infrastructure. The role emphasizes end-to-end hardware lifecycle, prototyping, and production-ready system monitoring.

You will support scale up and scale out network interfaces, prototype tooling, troubleshoot system failures, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across HW/SW co-design, hardware design, networking, and data center operations at Meta.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in network ASIC/Platform development or deployment.
• Knowledge of server architecture and Linux.
• Experience with TCP/IP and iperf.

Responsabilidades

• Support the new AI platform introduction into Meta's fleet.
• Drive scale up (NVLink, XGMI) and scale out (NICs) interface integration.
• Develop experiments to detect, reproduce, and diagnose health issues.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping for future AI tech explorations.
• Troubleshoot system failures and isolate components with partners.
• Improve hardware health visibility and systemic solutions.
