Qualifications

• Early career: 1–3 years of experience building and shipping real things (work, freelance, projects or competitions).
• A track record of building and shipping real things with AI tools, such as projects, tools, products or competition results.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in at least one language.
• The ability to say "I was wrong, I\'ll unlearn it" quickly.
• Daily, hands-on AI use that you can show us.
• Comfort with pressure and rising difficulty.

Responsibilities

• Take on hard problems that no one has solved yet, and build working solutions with AI at the centre.
• Spot problems outside your own job and fix them, without waiting to be asked.
• Ship fast, show the result, then raise the bar and go again.

We are looking for an AI Native Super Engineer: someone who works with AI as naturally as breathing, and who ships real solutions, not demos.

What being AI native means here (three steps):

• Unlearn. Drop the habits, limits and "this is how it's done" rules you were taught. This is the hardest step, and it is why this role is for people under 25, who have less to unlearn.
• Use AI every day. Not once in a while. Every task, every problem, every day.
• Raise the stress. Like a muscle, you grow when the weight goes up. We keep raising the difficulty and you keep rising to it.
