Job summary

Twoday Finland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead AI-native business solutions. You will design workflows that empower agents, integrate with backend systems, and ensure governance and security are embedded from the start.

The role requires hands-on AI experience, strong stakeholder communication, and fluency in Finnish and English, with a flexible approach to remote work within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting business-critical solutions.
• Hands-on with agentic or generative AI.
• Ability to justify architectural choices to stakeholders in terms of value, risk and cost.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Define the desired change with the customer and identify the first valuable workflow.
• Design end-to-end solution including UI, orchestration, runtime, and backend systems.
• Determine data provenance, access rights, and lifecycle while CRM remains the system of record.
• Make governance decisions for agent ownership, identities, least-privilege access, and guardrails.
• Prototype and implement with production-readiness criteria and monitoring.
