Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent: STEM subject ideal but not essential.
• Experience leading cross-functional product team(s) across a full product lifecycle.
• Proven experience to drive a step change in the performance of a product and the effectiveness of the team that delivers that product.
• Extensive understanding in analyzing large scale, complex data sets and making effective decisions based on data.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-native products.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science and research.
• Scale AI practices, evals, and data strategies across teams.
• Mentor and coach other product managers.
• Communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders with radical clarity.
• Identify opportunities and manage dependencies across workstreams.
