Job summary

Taranis, the AI-powered crop intelligence platform, seeks an AI-native Technical Product Manager for the Ag Tech space. You will translate retailer and agronomist needs into well-structured specs and drive AI-driven product development with our engineering teams.

Based in the US Midwest or Indianapolis area, you will travel to customer sites, collaborating across sales, agronomy, and product to deliver measurable value to growers and retailers while shaping a scalable AI-native roadmap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience directing AI tools to draft product specs and prototypes.
• Strong written communication with precise requirement articulation.
• Technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs with engineers and data teams.
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with retailers and agronomists to translate needs into specs.
• Prototype against field data to validate hypotheses and guide development.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure alignment with roadmap and standards.
• Prioritize opportunities based on agronomic and economic value to retailers.
