Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Applications will be accepted until 10/12/2026.
We’re hiring a senior engineer for a rare systems-to-interface role: someone who understands data-intensive and distributed systems deeply, but is equally motivated by information design, visualization, and UX. This person will own both control-plane and telemetry experiences in a world where agents increasingly do the work and humans need to understand what happened, recognize when to engage, and make high-quality judgments. It’s a hands‑on role for someone with a point of view about agent versus human interaction, human‑in‑the‑loop design, auditability, and how to make complex system behavior genuinely clear.
This is someone who can reason deeply about data‑intensive, distributed systems and translate that backend complexity into intuitive, high‑trust human interfaces. In an agentic world, control planes are shifting from rigid step‑by‑step workflows to intent‑driven supervision. We need an engineer with master‑level information and interaction design instincts who can rethink how humans direct, govern, observe, and intervene in AI‑agent activities.
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
