Code and Theory is seeking a Front-End Engineer to build AI-native digital platforms and UX for enterprise marketing workflows. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver modern, performant frontend apps at scale.

The team works on AI-first orchestration and agent-driven workflows, advancing AI-native software through engineering best practices and design-sensitized interfaces. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Production frontend applications built with React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with component libraries and UI systems (Radix UI, shadcn/ui, Tailwind).
• Strong grounding in responsive design, a11y, performance, and scalable UI architecture.
• Experience integrating frontends with headless CMS and backend APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship frontend applications and user experiences powering AI-native platforms.
• Translate designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Create reusable components to raise consistency and velocity.
• Prototype and iterate on new features and UX concepts.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering practices.
• Advance AI-enabled workflows across the development lifecycle.
