Job summary

SAS is seeking an AI/Model Security Architect for a hybrid role in Cary, North Carolina. You will work within the AAIM division to secure software across the SDLC, partnering with development teams to implement vulnerability scanning and secure design practices.

In this role you will perform security-focused design reviews, develop guidance and training for developers, and collaborate with Product Management to ensure security aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
5+ years of secure software development, secure system architecture and design, or related experience.
Knowledge in securing enterprise-grade containerized compute and REST APIs (OWASP Top 10 and OWASP API Top 10).
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience or cyber security certifications.

Responsibilities

Partner with development teams to secure code and implement vulnerability scanning via DevSecOps.
Create and disseminate developer guidance, training, and templates with secure architecture examples.
Perform security-focused design reviews to identify gaps and improve security of AAIM deliverables.
Collaborate with Product Management to align security implementations with business objectives and customer requirements.
Work with security teams to identify and integrate new tools into the Secure SDLC.
Ensure all applicable security policies are followed to support secure software development goals.
