Job summary
IBM Global Sales is seeking a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs to help clients optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analytics of their AI/MLOps products, with a focus on IBM's Data Platform.
You will work with products such as OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data, delivering expert consulting and tailored solutions that drive digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/MLOps products and ability to apply knowledge to deliver consulting services.
- Understanding of IBM Data Platform products (OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, watsonx.data).
- Ability to perform analysis of client data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development environments.
- Experience delivering solutions that improve AI/MLOps capabilities for clients.
- Experience delivering expert consulting services to clients in AI/MLOps domain.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client services by optimizing AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, adoption, usage and analysis.
- Implement solutions using IBM Data Platform products to meet client needs.
- Support product adoption and ensure clients maximize investment value.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities, with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and craft tailored solutions.
