JPMorganChase is seeking a Technology Operational Risk Executive Director within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Technology & Cyber in New York. The role leads oversight of AI/ML risk across large programs and data platforms, evaluates cybersecurity practices, and challenges risk mitigation strategies for AI initiatives.

The position requires 15+ years in technology, deep AI/ML knowledge, and strong collaboration with technology, risk, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls

As a Technology Operational Risk Executive Director in Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Technology & Cyber, you will lead oversight of large, complex programs and AI and machine learning systems across the firm. You evaluate technology and cybersecurity practices, identify operational risk and threat exposures, and provide credible challenge to first‑line risk mitigation strategies. You partner with technology, risk, and functional stakeholders to strengthen controls and reduce the likelihood of disruption, compliance issues, or security events. You help us drive resilient, responsible adoption of AI and machine learning.

• Strong understanding of the technology and cyber threat landscape for AI and machine learning and associated mitigations
• Ability to collaborate with high‑performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
