Senior AI/ML Tech Lead / Architect

Marysville, OH or Torrance, CA

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Tech Lead/Architect to design and lead enterprise AI/ML solutions across cloud and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
• Hands‑on with AWS AI/ML services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation
• Proficient in Python, SQL & ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
• Experience with IaC: AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, & model optimization
• Proven experience building production‑grade MLOps pipelines

Leadership & Advisory

• Code review, mentoring, enforcing standards
• Consulting, customer advisory, and enterprise architecture experience
• Excellent communication with technical & executive stakeholders

Preferred

• AWS Certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional)
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, RAG architectures
• Industry‑specific AI experience: Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing
