Job summary

A leading technology firm in Aurora, CO, is looking for a Staff AI/ML Engineer to develop and prototype algorithms for various applications, including natural language processing and reinforcement learning. Candidates should have a B.S. in a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries is essential. This position offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $200,000 along with generous benefits, including flexible scheduling and 401k contributions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Experience contributing on a team using version control (e.g. git, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience with deep learning architectures.

Responsibilities

• Implement machine learning algorithms as part of a small interdisciplinary team.
• Analyze large multi-domain datasets including images, text, time series, and graph data.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.

Skills

Proficiency with Python

Experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, Lightning, OpenCV, NumPy)

Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance

Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning

Education

B.S. in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related field

M.S. or PhD in relevant technical field
