CATHEXIS is seeking an AI/ML Software Developer to join our team in Tysons, VA. You will collaborate with a skilled group of engineers to develop AI applications using JavaScript, Python, or Java and deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and an active Secret clearance or higher. You will design, develop, and maintain data-driven software and assist in documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 0–3 years relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance or above is required.
• Experience with JavaScript, Java, or other OO languages.
• Hands-on experience with OOP, data structures, algorithms, profiling and optimization.
• Proficient in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and leadership to design customer-focused solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical software solutions.
• Build and improve tools to understand and analyze large-scale data.
• Debug, troubleshoot, modify and test software and solutions.
