The Aerospace Corporation seeks a technically advanced professional to lead AI/ML initiatives for information extraction at our Chantilly, VA facility. You will develop AI/ML systems involving computer vision, data fusion, and anomaly detection to support national missions.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and 8+ years in AI/ML with PyTorch, Python, and a passion for applying ML to sensing data and image processing while holding the required clearance.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in physical sciences, engineering, CS.
Eight+ years post-bachelor AI/ML experience with PyTorch.
Experience with Python for AI/ML and data science.
Willing to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance (US citizen).
Desire to apply AI/ML to data fusion, CV, pattern recognition and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop AI/ML applications for information extraction (CV, data fusion, pattern recognition, anomaly detection).
Prototype AI/ML solutions for government across domains.
Assess contractor AI/ML solutions to support program acquisitions.
Advise government on AI/ML applications for missions.
Support multiple high-impact projects with cross-disciplinary collaboration.
