Wilcore Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support an enterprise cloud-based data and analytics platform for a federal health agency in Stafford, VA.

The role focuses on delivering scalable, production-ready AI/ML capabilities, including predictive modeling, NLP, and generative AI, while adhering to trustworthy-AI requirements. The candidate will build frameworks, ensure observability, and implement security and governance controls.

Qualifications

• Experience launching, scaling, and supporting cutting-edge AI/ML tooling.
• Expertise in the disciplines and technical areas related to AI/ML enablement tasks described above.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI/ML infrastructure and tooling aligned with architecture guidelines, CI/CD, and tagging conventions.
• Publish reusable templates and patterns for predictive modeling, NLP, and generative AI.
• Integrate AI output into operations for clinical decision support and operational analytics.
• Implement end-to-end observability for ML pipelines including data lineage and model monitoring.
• Operate Trustworthy-AI controls with privacy, safety, fairness, and transparency.
• Optimize cloud cost and performance for training and serving with autoscaling and caching.
• Coordinate onboarding and upgrade processes for AI/ML tooling across workgroups.
• Run discovery and pilots, provide hands-on support in shared compute resources.
