Job description

Role – AI/ML Java Developer

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise Java development.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms
• Experienced in delivering advanced solutions for a multi-tier, distributed web application with AWS knowledge and experience
• Knowledge in the Object Oriented concepts, Java programming language, including understanding of its syntax, core libraries, and features
• Good understanding of LLM concepts (RAG, Prompting, Few Shot Prompting, SFT, etc.)
• Experience in RAG guardrails and evaluation processes; good understanding of LLMOps, MLOps architectures and components
• Problem solving and statistical concepts
• Experience in TensorFlow, Keras, RASA, and LangChain
• Hands‑on programming experience with Java and J2EE, Java 11 related technologies (Spring Framework, Spring Data, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JUnit, TestNG)
• Solid understanding of technologies such as Web Services, REST API, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, caching solutions, application performance tuning
• Experience in developing applications that utilize relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and other less structured data stores (NoSQL)
• Experience in building low‑latency service APIs and data aggregation pipelines
• Ability to articulate the benefits of test‑driven development and continuous integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills and the ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Self‑driven with strong communication skills; capable of taking ownership on project deliverables
• Have a keen eye for quality and a great attitude towards work, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Must Have

• At least 1 year’s experience in AI, ML, and LLM implementations
• Java 8 or above, Spring, Oracle, NoSQL, SQL, REST API, JPA, Hibernate, AWS knowledge
