Job summary

You will design, develop, and improve AI/ML approaches and collaborate across organizations to solve high-value customer problems. You will work with AI/ML developers and device/process engineers, travel up to 10%, and contribute to a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus/stock awards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in related fields (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering, Physics, Statistics, AI/ML).
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify complex problems and needs at the customer site and work through the cycle until the solution is implemented.
• Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and train PSE/AEs in recipe creation.
• Qualification of new technologies/features, executes on-site demos at customer sites.
• Participate in customer demo activities.
• Participate in finding solutions and follow up on solution execution.
• Create new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Transfer new application capabilities to the system envelope to the customer support team.
• Participate in customer technical review meetings.
