Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available for full-time hybrid internship lasting 10 weeks (June 2027–August 2027).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to relocate.
• Demonstrates agile, clear written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience in applied AI and autonomous orchestration, incl. designing, training, governing, and managing autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy predictive and propensity models to evaluate customer behaviors and churn risk.
• Design, prototype, and test autonomous AI agents and tool-use workflows for complex customer service scenarios.
• Support micro-segmentation and personalization by translating model outputs into tailored customer journeys.
