UST is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy a chatbot AI Agent that helps merchants analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate merchant needs into robust AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Experience with LLM-based agents, chatbots and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph and tool integration.
• Strong Python development and modern API design with FastAPI.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy a chatbot AI Agent to support merchants in analyzing sales performance.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve query handling and responses.
• Build AI agent workflows leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and FastMCP.
• Integrate MCP tools for dynamic data access and analysis.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for merchant-specific queries.
• Design testing strategies for AI Agents and LLM workflows.
• Build APIs and microservices with FastAPI to support chatbot functionality.
• Deploy scalable solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to align AI solutions.
