Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, ML/AI or closely related quantitative field (Master’s desirable).
• 0–2 years’ experience typical for entry-level ML/AI roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, calculus and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and implements AI/ML models with data pre-processing and feature engineering.
• Gathers and analyzes data sets to train and test ML models; applies data visualization to gain insights.
• Optimizes algorithms and models through hyperparameter tuning and experiments.
• Collaborates with data scientists, software engineers and product managers across teams.
• Maintains project documentation and presents findings to stakeholders.
• Participates in design reviews and integrates feedback for continuous improvement.
• Attends regular stand-up meetings and reports progress to leadership.
• Interprets and reports data findings; may maintain BI tools, dashboards, or databases.
