Job summary

True Zero Technologies is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate AI/ML capabilities supporting mission workflows in secure government cloud environments. The role emphasizes data prep, model development, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing optimization using FedRAMP-authorized services in AWS GovCloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, experience with modern AI architectures, and practical knowledge deploying models in cloud environments for government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with Generative AI, foundation models, and RAG.
• Experience with embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with ML lifecycle and model deployment.
• Familiarity with responsible AI concepts and explainability.
• Experience deploying containerized workloads and microservices.
• Experience in secure government, defense, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities supporting mission workflows in AWS GovCloud.
• Design, develop, test, and operationalize AI/ML solutions.
• Translate use cases into scalable AI/ML architectures and integrations.
• Develop APIs and services exposing AI/ML capabilities to mission apps.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, and mission stakeholders.
• Perform evaluations and PoCs to validate technologies for secure environments.
• Maintain architecture and deployment documentation.
