Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and big data technologies (Spark, SQL, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and scope AI/ML opportunities within products.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support model training and inference.
• Conduct model evaluation, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed systems.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques, frameworks, and tools.
• Monitor production models and address issues related to model drift, accuracy, and reliability.
• Document technical processes, architectures, and model performance metrics.
