Job summary

People In AI is partnering with an investment firm to build an internal AI capability, delivering practical AI tools across the business and portfolio.

You’ll work directly with senior AI leadership to prototype and deploy ML-driven products, spanning LLMs, NLP, embeddings, and unstructured data, in a fast-paced startup-like environment backed by a major platform.

This hands-on role offers high exposure to senior sponsors and real-world impact on value creation.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on ML, LLMs, NLP, or embeddings.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in a fast-moving start-up environment.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
