Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Python Developer with AI/ML for a 6-month contract across multiple sites in Hartford, CT, Atlanta, GA and Minneapolis, MN. The role centers on building AI solutions, integrating LLMs, and deploying AI tooling into production.

You will design and implement RAG pipelines, create AI assistants or copilots, and connect enterprise systems via APIs to automate business workflows. Strong Python skills and production deployment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience building RAG pipelines for AI apps.
• Experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Experience implementing end-to-end AI solutions that automate workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases is a plus.
• Experience deploying AI applications into production is preferred.

Pay range: $50-$70/hr

Key skills:

• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience buildingRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelinesfor AI applications.
• Experience developingAI agentsoragentic workflowsusing frameworks such as Lang Chain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience implementingend-to-end AI solutionsthat automate business workflows or solve real business problems.
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or similar is a plus.
