Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in Arlington, TX to develop and implement automation solutions for machine learning technology integration. You will focus on agentic workflow development, automated analysis workflows, and integration automation to scale capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in automation or data engineering, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud-based data pipelines, AI/LLM configurations, and ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science or related field; or HS Diploma with 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
• 5+ years in automation engineering, data engineering, or software development.
• Experience with data ingestion pipeline design on AWS.
• Experience with AI/LLM configuration, tuning, and integration.
• Experience with ML pipelines.
• Strong Python programming skills with data manipulation libraries.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock (model access, endpoints, API integration).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Experience with APIs and integration technologies.
• Understanding of database systems and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The AI/ML Engineer will develop and implement automation solutions to support machine learning technology integration activities, focusing on agentic workflow development, automated analysis workflows, and integration automation. This role addresses manual workflow pain points and enables scaling of technology capabilities through intelligent automation.

• Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $135,000.00 to $145,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems total compensation package for employees.
