Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT or software development experience with 4+ years in AI/ML solution development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong hands-on programming with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and agentic AI patterns.
• Experience with enterprise AI and cloud platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Experience designing APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and secure identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, data lakes, and vector search tech (Azure OpenAI Search, OpenSearch).
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, model registries, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira/Confluence.

• 8+ years of overall IT or software development experience, including 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python and common AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, conversational AI, tool or function calling, and agentic AI patterns.
• Experience using enterprise AI and cloud platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience implementing APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and secure identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, data lakes or warehouses, and vector search technologies such as Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, pgvector, or equivalent.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, model registries, experiment tracking, containerization, observability, and tools such as Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML evaluation, model lifecycle management, data quality, metadata, lineage, privacy, security, and Responsible AI controls.
• Ability to convert solution architecture and business objectives into scalable technical components and independently deliver solutions from prototype through production support.
• Experience working in Agile, iterative, and DevOps delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
