Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Deployment Consultant to craft and implement an enterprise AI/ML strategy across biopharmaceutical sciences and manufacturing.

The role focuses on boosting productivity through AI tools, copilots, and agents, and advancing laboratory automation. You will develop deployment roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, and align governance for regulated environments, including GxP.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Biotechnology, Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in biopharmaceutical development, laboratory automation, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of biologics and/or cell therapy CMC development.
• Experience with laboratory automation, robotics, ELN/LIMS, data integration, and scientific data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML to scientific, engineering, or manufacturing challenges.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, autonomous agents, data governance, and GxP/GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop an AI/ML deployment roadmap across biopharmaceutical sciences and manufacturing.
• Identify high-value AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics use cases across Process Development, Analytical Development, and Manufacturing Sciences.
• Develop and deploy AI copilots, agents, and productivity tools for scientific and operational workflows.
• Advance laboratory automation, data-driven experimentation, and closed-loop development platforms.
• Develop AI-enabled manufacturing solutions using predictive modeling, anomaly detection, digital twins, and advanced process control.
• Align data governance, validation, human oversight, and change management for deployment in regulated environments.
