Job summary

GALLS, LLC seeks a highly technical AI/ML Data Scientist to build intelligent agents, automation systems, and scalable workflows for a fast-moving ecommerce operation. You will design and implement AI solutions that optimize pricing, merchandising, and analytics, collaborating across Ecommerce B2C/B2B to deliver real business value.

Lead enterprise AI initiatives, deploy GenAI and RAG pipelines, and establish robust monitoring and governance, while staying current with advancements in AI and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/ML/engineering or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years hands-on AI/ML/NLP experience applying data science to business problems.
• Strong production-grade Python/SQL programming skills and scalability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI and automation initiatives across the business.
• Develop, train, and deploy ML/NLP/GenAI models for commercial use cases.
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions for pricing, merchandising, and ops.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Finance, Merchandising, Risk, and IT to deliver AI/analytics solutions.
• Establish monitoring, governance, and SDLC-aligned practices for AI systems.
