Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in New York to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, enable analytics, and support ML-driven decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data products and actionable insights.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in data engineering, strong SQL, Python/Java programming, data modeling governance, and BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau). Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, DB2, etc)
• Experience in Software development in Object oriented programming languages like python, Java etc.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• 2+ years of experience or exposure to Machine Learning concepts, including model development, large language model (LLM) implementation, and statistical analysis for predictive and analytical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
