Job summary

Google in Austin, TX is seeking engineers and data scientists to join the AI/ML Foundations team. This role focuses on building the foundations for AI/ML products and prototyping internal-facing AI/ML solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply Google’s AI/ML techniques to enterprise use cases, educate product teams, and build infrastructure to accelerate adoption across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of software development experience or 1 year with advanced degree.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C++).
• Experience with AI/ML development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI/ML solutions to business problems.
• Collaborate with partner teams to educate and support AI/ML adoption.
• Create templates and tools to facilitate adoption of new technologies.
• Build proofs of concept and roadmaps for AI/ML infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to build shared AI/ML solutions.
