Job summary

Crosslake Technologies is seeking an experienced AI advisory professional to partner with technology companies and private equity investors. You will identify improvements in AI technology, processes, and tools, and participate in hands-on implementation projects.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, investor-facing reporting, and the ability to drive projects from apprenticeship to independent delivery, with a focus on Generative AI and ML Ops practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, ML, analytical AI, and current knowledge of Generative AI.
• In-depth expert-level experience in data science and AI domains including LLM landscape, model selection, and ML Ops.
• Be willing to learn and take on new areas outside your comfort zone, and drive results collaboratively.
