Job summary

Clarity Innovations is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and evolve architecture for AI-enabled capabilities, including agents, models, retrieval systems, data services, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

You will maximize reuse of enterprise capabilities while identifying areas needing new capabilities, establishing reusable patterns for scalable, observable, and secure AI solutions using open/COTS/FOSS tech.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to scale AI capabilities with modular, observable, and secure patterns.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the architecture for AI-enabled capabilities (agents, models, retrieval, data services, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop).
• Maximize reuse of enterprise capabilities; identify architectural gaps needing new features.
• Create reusable patterns for AI capability development; ensure solutions are scalable, modular, observable, and secure.
• Leverage open/COTS/FOSS technologies and integrate with enterprise platforms and APIs.
