Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking an instructional support specialist to deliver classroom and virtual instruction on AI/ML concepts for the A2 staff with an active TS/SCI clearance. The role involves tiered, role-based training across Unclassified, Secret, and AFSCI domains, and translating traditional intelligence workflows into AI/ML-augmented processes.

Required familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts, plus strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic data analytics and AI/ML concepts.
• Understanding of AF and IC intelligence processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication for technical and non‑technical staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver and maintain classroom and virtual instruction on AI/ML concepts.
• Provide tiered, role-based training across proficiency levels.
• Instruct on AI/ML methodologies to build trust and critical thinking.
• Provide hands‑on support across Unclassified, Secret, and AFSCI domains.
• Assist in developing and instructing new TTPs translating intel workflows to AI/ML processes.
