Qualifications

• Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience.
• Experience building GenAI systems for structured extraction and workflows.
• Experience integrating workplace tools and calendars.
• Product judgment for human-in-the-loop automation.
• Ability to accelerate implementation with AI coding assistants.
• US work authorization; visas not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Own the product across meeting ingestion, structured extraction, routing, manager review, integrations, and deployment.
• Design the context model that connects people, projects, decisions, and commitments.
• Build evals and guardrails for extraction quality and correct routing.
• Test the single-player manager workflow and identify parts with daily value.
• Collaborate with AI Fund build team on scope and risk.
