Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for AI Training to translate complex clinical data into clear narratives used in biomedical AI systems. This remote hourly contract role leverages medical affairs expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI outputs trained on clinical content.

You will review AI-generated medical content, compare it with trial data and literature, and provide expert feedback to enhance accuracy and clinical relevance.

Qualifications

• Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with experience engaging healthcare professionals
• Proven ability to interpret clinical data, medical publications, and regulatory materials
• Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role — MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or equivalent
• Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to scientific detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriate framing for healthcare audiences
• Validate biomedical outputs against clinical trial data, published literature, and regulatory standards
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or misleading representations in AI-generated scientific narratives
• Provide structured expert feedback to help AI systems better understand and communicate medical evidence
• Apply your HCP engagement experience to assess how well AI content serves real-world clinical communication needs
