Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will provide evaluations and explanations to support real-world performance improvements through flexible, remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence and quality.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, text errors, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
