Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, inspecting for artifacts, and producing concise, evidence-based explanations. This is a remote, flexible-hours opportunity with access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
