Azumo is seeking an AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join the marketing team and grow the Azumo brand. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your working day.

You will learn the business and market while using AI tools to create content, grow social presence, and measure results. You will work with marketing, sales, and leadership, gaining access to premium AI and marketing tools, with training and mentored career development.

Qualifications

• Expert-level English proficiency (written and conversational).
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience including practical use of generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design and analysis.
• Create content for LinkedIn and other social channels (graphics, carousels, short videos) including AI-generated visuals.
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Improve Azumo’s visibility in AI search through GEO/AEO and AI search platforms.
• Track search visibility and turn content gaps into new ideas.
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, and conversions.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership, including website updates.

Azumo is looking for a curious and motivated AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join our marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your working day.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll learn our business and market while using ChatGPT, Claude,and other AI tools to create content, grow our social media, improve our visibility in AI search,and measure results.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams and have access to leading paid AI, marketing, content, analytics, and creative tools

Responsibilities

As part of the Azumo marketing team, you will:

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design, and analysis.
• Create content for LinkedIn and other social media channels: posts, graphics, carousels, and short‑form videos, including AI‑generated visuals.
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
• Work on GEO and AEO to improve Azumo’s visibility in AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Track how Azumo and its competitors appear in search and turn content gaps into new ideas.
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, and conversions.
• Spot repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams, including updates to Azumo’s website.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Expert‑level English proficiency, both written and conversational.
• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, including practical use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your day‑to‑day work.
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of marketing data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a critical eye to improve AI‑generated content before it’s published.

Other Qualifications

• Interest in evaluating marketing ideas and connecting them to business results.
• Experience using AI tools for design, video production, or marketing operations.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI search.
• Exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads).
• Ability to organize your work in a remote environment.
• Interest in AI workflows and marketing automations.

The AI Marketing Semi Senior Assistant will work remotely. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and candidate potential.
