AI Machine Learning Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models for various tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, or recommendations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our systems.
  • Deploy models into production using APIs, containers (e.g., Docker), or cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Monitor model performance, identify drift, and apply strategies for improvements or retraining to maintain high accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models effectively and efficiently.
  • Document findings and solutions to share improvements and technical insights.
  • Implement automated pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and model retraining (CI/CD).
  • Ensure compliance of AI models with industry regulations, addressing biases, and upholding ethical standards.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Working Conditions
