Qualifications

• Mandatory Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy
• Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language
• English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English so you can read our instructions
• A Clear Thinker: You are good at spotting errors in arguments and enjoy explaining "why" something is right or wrong.

Responsibilities

• Check the Logic: Read an AI’s explanation and point out if it makes a mistake or doesn't make sense (e.g., "If A is B, then B must be A"—is that actually true?)
• Review Ethics: Look at how the AI handles "right vs. wrong" questions and ensure its answers are balanced and helpful.
• Spot Bias: Help the AI avoid favoring one group or viewpoint unfairly so it can be used by everyone around the world.
• Simplify Answers: Take complex AI responses and help rewrite them so they are honest, clear, and easy for everyone to understand.
