Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a PhD in computer networking or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with at least one of: TCP/RoCEv2, socket/verbs APIs, or Data Center congestion control algorithms.
• Knowledge of PCIe, NVLink, UALink and scale‑out networks.
• Experience in high‑speed networks, including RDMA and AI network optimization.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Go or similar languages.
• Knowledge of GPU architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimization, implementation and deployment of high-performance transport protocols for AI/LLM apps.
• Design, optimization, implementation and deployment of congestion control algorithms for AI/LLM apps.
• Research and development of high‑performance AI communication framework and protocol stacks.
• Review latest technologies and present findings in academic papers.
