Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an AI Software Architect to lead SCPO AI strategy and build a production-ready intelligent stitching and alerting layer across POR, LRP, SnOP, ERP, and other data sources. You will convert fragmented data into reliable, explainable insights guiding planners and executives.

The role demands production ML capabilities, strong data engineering, and governance practices, with a hybrid work model across US locations including Hillsboro, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in machine-learning, AI engineering, data science, data engineering, optimization, or related roles, including leadership of complex production deployments.
• Programming experience in Python and strong SQL skills, with practical experience in modern ML, data-processing, and software-engineering frameworks.
• Designing data pipelines, APIs, and integrations across enterprise applications, data platforms, and operational systems.
• Leading cross-functional technical work and influencing architecture and delivery decisions beyond direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operationalize a trusted data stitching layer across POR, LRP, SnOP, ERP, and other planning data sources.
• Develop production machine-learning capabilities for time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and early warning of execution failures.
• Deliver production solutions used in operational decisions and establish MLOps and governance practices.
• Create explainable alerts and decision-support experiences for planners and executives.
• Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to translate problems into scalable AI solutions.
