Capgemini Engineering in Santa Clara is seeking an AI Lead to drive design, development and delivery of enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions. This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership across Python, SQL, ETL/ELT and cloud data platforms, with a focus on GenAI/LLM use cases, RAG frameworks and AI agents.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data engineering, strong system design acumen, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Data Engineering / Data Platforms with strong leadership experience.
• Strong system design, solution architecture, development and delivery capabilities.
• Experience with business operations and insights in Workforce Mgmt, Software Asset Mgmt, Supply Chain, Financials, Budget and Forecast.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT and distributed data processing.
• Experience with Spark and large-scale data architecture.
• Strong cloud experience with GCP, AWS or Azure; GCP preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, Conversational AI, AI agents and GenAI application development.
• Understanding of ML/AI lifecycle, model integration, evaluation and production deployment.
• Proven experience leading complex programs involving multiple engineering and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in a high-speed client environment.
