Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to oversee multiple software teams within the AI Ready Data portfolio under Applied Innovation.

You will drive SDLC AI integration, establish best practices, mentor engineers, and align goals with program leads in Alpharetta on-site, using Azure, GitHub, and GenAI tooling.

Expect hands-on code reviews, continuous delivery showcases, and a culture of learning to push cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams.
• Develop and implement a development strategy aligned with program objectives.
• Coordinate with program and portfolio leads to align goals and delivery timelines.
• Establish code quality standards and best practices across all teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
• Champion AI integration within the SDLC, including synthetic data generation.
• Hands-on creation of AI agents and AI-first tooling support.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Oversee Azure infrastructure, GitHub repos and GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Promote tools like GitHub Copilot and Factory AI.
• Drive innovation through showcases and continuous delivery of AI solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor for growth.

We are seeking an experienced dynamic Engineering Lead to oversee and guide multiple software engineering teams within the AI Ready Data portfolio under Applied Innovation This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background particularly in AI integration within the software development lifecycle SDLC and a passion for driving innovative solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture
• Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy aligned with program and portfolio objectives
• Coordinate closely with program and portfolio leads to ensure alignment of goals priorities and delivery timelines
• Establish review and enforce code quality standards and best practices across all teams
• Identify areas for process improvement resource optimization and skill development to enhance team capabilities
• Champion the adoption and integration of AI technologies within the SDLC including synthetic data generation and AIdriven development tools
• Handson creation of AI agents skills and harnesses to support an AIfirst approach implementation
• Handson experience working with Large Language Models LLM and Generative AI GenAI technologies
• Oversee the use and management of Azure infrastructure GitHub repositories and GitHub Actions pipelines
• Promote and leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot and Factory AI to enhance development efficiency and innovation
• Drive innovation through showcases and continuous delivery of cuttingedge AI solutions
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
