Meta is building a Security Risk Program to scale AI product risk assessments. The role leads design of the end-to-end AI Launch Risk framework, cross-domain collaboration, and executive reporting on risk posture across the AI portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in governance, risk, and compliance and 3+ years in program management, with strong communication and the ability to drive cross-functional work without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading governance, risk and compliance programs.
• 3+ years of program management in a corporate setting.
• Experience designing programs from the ground up with methodology and rollout.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Launch Risk Assessment framework end to end.
• Coordinate cross-domain risk taxonomy and assessment methodology.
• Partner with Central Security, product groups, Privacy, Integrity and Legal.
• Represent security risk positions and negotiate assessment scope.
• Maintain a consolidated AI risk register for leadership.
• Produce ongoing risk reporting for VP and executives.
• Define tooling requirements and drive AI-enabled automation.
• Ensure artifacts meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Identify risks, blockers, and mitigate with stakeholders.
• Create presentations to influence decision-making and mentor juniors.
