Job summary

Salesforce is seeking exceptionally talented early‑career engineers for a 24‑month rotational fellowship designed to grow the next generation of AI leaders. Fellows tackle real technical and customer challenges, build with frontier AI technologies, and ship solutions into production at enterprise scale.

Across four six‑month rotations, you’ll work with researchers, engineers, and leaders, gaining hands‑on experience across product engineering, product management, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building software, AI, or machine learning applications.
• Understanding of core AI/ML concepts and experience using modern AI development tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered applications, agents, and enterprise solutions that solve real-world challenges.
• Collaborate with AI Labs to develop capabilities like AI agents and process generation.
• Work with enterprise customers to tailor AI solutions to real-world use cases.
• Own end-to-end development from concept through production deployment with ownership of outcomes.
• Translate customer insights into product improvements and new AI capabilities.
